I placed an order for two rolls of 5S floor tape. When my confirmation was received that the order was placed, only one roll was on the invoice. I immediately called Customer Service and my issue was promptly resolved adding the second roll to my order as it was originally placed. I even received an email from the CSR who assisted me, complementing the products of the company I work for!
