Outstanding product, always on time delivery. Only concern is that sometimes it can take a while to get a quote back once you've requested one, and getting through the security question can be difficult (Finicky). When I have to pay with a PO instead of a credit card (Company Rules), it delays overall time it takes to order when I have to wait on a quote, or can't get through to request a quote when the security question freezes and you can't click! Prices are high, but quality can't be beat.

I apid for 3 day delivery but UPS delayed beyond that timeframe...I did not complain because the latest hurricane was blowing through the midwest and that may have been their issue and I still received in time for use.
