Was a little disappointed about the LONG lead time for 2 signs, place order on a Friday, was told it was after hours when placed. It was not, Ordered processed the next Tuesday and finally shipped on Friday. Over 2 weeks to get my signs. Not a happy camper.
Never ever has a problem, so easy to deal with and they always send candy :)

Except for something being out of stock at the time of order and it held up the shipment until I asked for the stuff in stock ASAP and send the backorder when it came in things were great... It just happened the backorder turned out to be shipped the same day also so things worked out altogether...
