Ordered two iPhone cases which eventually arrived after four weeks! Should have known better after that experience but he ho, ordered an iPad cover 6 weeks ago, not arrived and no response to e-mails and phone number directs to answer machine! Can only conclude its either gone bust or just a crap company!,
Do not buy anything from this company. They mailed me a damaged product and stonewalled me when I contacted customer support. They responded to one email and then stopped entirely. I never got a fixed product or my money back.
We ordered 2 ipohone covers and it said it would arrive in a week.
It arrived after 2 MONTHS.
First I emailed them and asked them about the order they apologized and said they had a problem with the suppliers (They only bothered to tell us after 2 weeks had passed and we had started to worry). After a whole month we emailed them again and they apologized and apologized but WOULD not tell me where the order was at that time and it made us so mad they just avoided the question through all the emails and kept saying it will arrive it will arrive. In the end we just accepted that they probably didn't ship it so we asked for a refund and they completely ignored out emails from then on. We were convinced we were scammed and they took our money.
It arrived after 2 whole months. Their support team knows only how to apologize. I wasn't given actual information.
