Do not buy anything from this company. Purchased a Endor 3 V3 Se from the Creality US Store order was placed on Wednesday and it arrived on Saturday. Unboxed it and it would not read the micro sd card. Reached out to tech support, they sent an email with instructions. Followed those instructions and still will not work. Asked for a refund and they refuse to send instructions on how to return the unit for a refund. The latest response I got on 5/8/25 is that I would have to pay shipping charges to return the unit. I have filed a report with the BBB and I encourage everyone to stay away and don't waste your money
Bought a printer. Does not work. Cannot get ahold of anyone in customer service. No phone numbers connect. No online service. No facebook availability. Ask for photos and video via email of the issue, then stop responding. Cannot start a return without going through Customer Service. Cannot fix malfunction, it is broken. Would like an exchange. Have been working with them for 3 weeks. Worst company I've ever dealt with. A scam as far as I am considered. Do not give into their great deals, you will just be out money without a single person to assist you or accept a return or exchange.

We wrote to the support and sales team regarding a 3D Scanner CR-Scan Ferret SE that is not working as advertised! They keep wanting to try to fix the issue, however we took over an hour scanning an object at the minimum size, and even after post cleanup and processing it was garbage, did not work at all as advertised!
They are now ignoring us, and trying to refund only £30 or gift 3D filament.
Do not buy anything from these rip off merchants! 3d printer arrived faulty, emailed, phoned & messaged several times with NO REPLY!. No way of returning the item, with no contact! STAY AWAY!. Oh yeah, they based in China too..
Buyer beware. Got the runaround from the store and no working engraver. Am out a sizable bit of cash, sadly I paid in full, in advance. Defective upon arrival, warranty claims doesn't seem to be a priority and customer satisfaction is not their problem. They have my money and I have a dangerously defective high powered laser. Bought it from their store, so no printed receipt. The laser just started the moment I switched it on and burned my work table. The photos show just how powerful a beam it fires upon start up and during framing.
I received a faulty printer that wouldn't print ANYTHING. Sent it back to Germany but had to pay 150€ shipping fee because they couldn't issue a prepaid ticket. I paid via PayPal, and since they wouldn't refund me and wouldn't answer my emails a filed a dispute and got the printer money back. But it's been 3 months and I'm still waiting to be refunded 150€ shipping fee.
Do yourself a favor and stay away!
I have not yet reached anyone from creality trough chat or email but still my shipping is lost since over 2 weeks now. This is unacceptable. I would not suggest to order from them.
Please avoid this company at all costs. I purchased thinking it was a company that had offices in UK henses creality UK site. Ordered a printer and paid via pay pal it arrived in 3 days broken. Contacted the company and they told me they will send out a replacement cable and fix it myself. I told them this was unacceptable and I demanded a refund as the product wasn't fit for purpose. They point blank refused to give me a shipping address and told me to try to fix it myself first. I raised a pay pal dispute and told them I wanted a return address to send the broken product back for a full refund. Finally pay pal has ruled in my favor on the basis I send the product back to the address the Company has given. They have sent me a return address to China in Chinese knowing it's impossible for a UK post office to type in a Chinese Address. Again I've been into pay pal to demand a return address that's in English and a return address to a UK address not a Chinese one. Please,please don't buy from this company at all. Customer service is unacceptable and company is a shame. They take your money. Give you broken products and don't care as they have already got your money.

Printer arrived with broken wires. Rather than let me return it they have sent me out replacement wires to fix myself even though I've mailed them several times demanding a refund. Buy a brand new printer only to fix it yourself. Avoid at all costs. Buy the Anker series instead. Better to deal with.
Bought the Ender 3 v2 printer.It didn't work from day 1. After numerous calls with technical support the problem wasn't solved. After trying various tasks that was suggested by Creality, which took several days, I requested a refund. Technical support texted that I would be contacted within 48 hours by sales. Waited for 48 hours with no contact. Since then, I have emailed customer support and sales many times with no response. My mistake was that I purchased the printer from Creality's web site and not a retailer that supports what they sell.
Probably one of the worst companies to deal with. UNless you open a paypal claim you will never hear from them. Spend your money elsewhere
As an Electronics Engineer of over 30 Years, repairing a vast range electronic equipment, I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one. Their aftersales is appalling, their customer service simply doesn't exist. They have no mechanism to process any sort of complaint or to escalate any issues. Avoid at all costs, once they have your money, you no longer exist...

I am trying to make the K1 I just bought more suitable for my printing, and I am waiting for K1 Max!
Machine (3s1 Pro) breaks every 3-4 weeks. Impossible to have the bed level for longer than 2weeks. Even though my machine is still in warranty, almost every part on my machine had to be replaced and/or upgraded. Ridiculous considering the machine is new. I wonder what else is there that needs replacing. Total waste of time and sanity! My machine is unusable right now and I have no clue what could be wrong with it. Support is unreachable for 3 days now.
Chat feature says "responds immediately", I talked 30 minutes and never did get anyone. Shipment was delayed 2 days with no reason. Emailed them, got no response. I will never order from them again without a doubt. Buyers beware if you have to contact them, forget about!
Placed an order with them almost a month ago. Order hadn't bee furfilled and I can not get ahold of them to get hell or find out what's going on. I have sent probably 20 emails and not got a response from one.
For my Jan 14th order of Sonic Pad for my 3D printer they did nothing, created label, claim they've sent it, but nothing at all. Email and chats - no answer.
Had to file a claim via paypal, got my money back in a day.
If you're reading this - RUN AWAY from this company.

I tried to by replacement FEP's for my HALOT ONE PLUS, but they say they don't sell them, but they provide an extra FEP when you buy a new machine.
My printer began printing solid blocks of resin, no mater what STL file I use. It's been 19 days of back and forth emails - they cannot me why this is happening, nor have they provided me a solution. The latest of this ongoing saga is they told me to 're-update the firmware' (they didn't provide instructions on how to do this) - I found out that if you cannot re-update the firmware if you are on the current version. I have yet to hear back from them. In fact I have to 'pester them' for any kind of answer.
Here is an example of the kind of help you can expect: Dear customer, due to our New Year rest, sorry for not replying to you in time, there is no problem with the screen of your machine, you can re-update the firmware.
I purchased this printer a few months ago. It has been a dream to use. I would definitely recommend this as a great printer for anyone starting out with 3D printing or even for veterans that want a more compact and reliable unit. I am extremely impressed. Setup The setup was fairly straight forward. It took me about an hour to have it fully setup and powered on. All the tools needed are provided with the unit to complete the full setup. There are a few great youtube videos on setting up that you can watch as well if you need a little extra help. Use Very easy to use. This is not my first 3D printer, so I do have a little bit of experience with them in general. But this was still a very easy printer to simply start using. Leveled the bad, loaded filament and printed the test print. It came out great. My 2nd print with this machine was an Ocaraina from Legend of Zelda. It came out absolutely flawless on this Ender 3. I am very impressed. Like I said, I have had it for a few months now and it has been rock solid. I have not had a single issue. Just load filament and print. I've not even had to re-level my bed yet. Quality The unit itself is very sturdy. The hardware used is good quality. Everything aligns very well. I do not foresee any issues with quality in the future. I also have a CR-10, so I can stand behind saying that Creality's quality is top notch. Value You will not find a better printer for this price. This printer exceeded my expectations on every level.
I see a bunch of negative reviews about this printer, but I have had a completely different experience. I've found it to be loads of fun. It does take a bit of getting used to, with the Halo around the top, but what it lacks it most certainly makes up for in other areas. Now that you can get the printer for equal to (and sometimes less) than other Creality CoreXY printers, I say go for it.
Answer: Im sure there are better companys, hard to be worse then taking money and then leaving you in the wind.
