Crave subscriber for several years. Only for Letterkenny. Basically locked out and unable to login even after going through all requests to resubscribe at a higher rate. Avoid this subscription. Complete rip off and waste of time. Up yours Crave!
Literally worse than goat $#*! streaming service that does the absolute minimum to provide dog water quality content in 720p maximum on Chrome browser in 2022. Company doesn't give two piles of goat $#*! from their literal mountain of it about user experience and whoever runs this garbage website is an incompetent twit who is is in over their head. The company does not want to hire the help they need to fix this steaming pile that is cravetv.
I subscribed back when game of thrones was on and immediately had playback issues, stream quality issues, errors, stream freezing, login issues etc. I had a better user experience pirating my content via torrenting than using this "legitimate service". It's actually pathetic a company who's sole purpose is to provide a service and content that prevents people from pirating actually does the opposite. I don't know how the people who license their content to these people tolerate such a substandard streaming service when it simply drives people away and do the opposite of what they want. Their incompetence is costing them greatly and many people need to be fired to fix this problem.
Considering one is paying the same price for Crave as other streaming services, you'd think it might be better designed. It lags, it's not user-friendly at all, and kicks me back to the 1st episode of the show I am watching every time I close it down. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere.
I signed up and it won't let me log in it just refreshes the page every time. I restarted and updated my laptop as it told me to do so if I was having troubles logging in and it still doesn't work. A waste of time and money.

Very much behind, technology wise... would be nice to make a playlist, search doesn't work well and for a week, I was watching Blue Bloods seasons 1-9 and got to season 9 ep. 6 and then it's GONE! Only current season on CTV on demand. Very poor selection of entire seasons of shows... same shows playing reruns on regular TV. I have Crave through Bell for the convenience of one bill but seriously thinking of going another route to get more selection, playlist and worth the $$... CRAVE IS NOT WORTH IT! GET WITH THE TIMES!
I got this solely to watch Dexter New Blood. However, I was disappointed to learn that I can't watch Crave TV on my TV! I had to sit at my desk to watch it in 720 px. On my 4K monitor. They claim it's because of browser security. Not buying it. Plus when finally do find a show I'm interested in, I can't watch it because I need yet another subscription.
The selection is amazing but the TV version is terrible to navigate. Also new episodes show up on the phone app but not on the TV version.

Wow - it is seriously the worst software - on any device - amongst all of the streaming services. Have to believe that Bell has their design engineers locked away and not allowing them to see services like Netflix, Disney, Prime.
And the error you get about "too many devices". We are not talking "active" devices - they limit the possible number you can have "registered". I can see limiting to so many active - but if you have 3 apple tvs, 2 iPhones, 2 iPads - you are hooped - only 5. And you can't "fix" this on the device - you must log in through a web browser. So frustrating.
If HBO offered a direct service, would drop Crave in a heartbeat.
Wow talk about a disappointment. Most movies and tv shows are crap. Lots of choice but nothing there worth watching. $29.00 CDN dollars per month for this? It's only been a week and I'm going to cancel.
Worked to watch one episode of a show. Then insists my android TV is not connected to the internet. Unfortunately every other app recognizes the TV is connected. Now I can't even log in to crave app. Even tried Uninstalling... but still thinks I'm not connected. Terrible!
I was so excited I got a gift card for crave for my birthday and I spent 30 minutes getting frustrated to the point I called in and was told I wouldn't be able to use my gift card as I didn't have Bell tv. I am not paying 20 bucks a month for a subscription package and they won't even honour their gift cards.
What everyone else has said. It's just terrible. Glitchy and slow and it always craps out and I have to turn off the tv and restart everything and then suffer through the outdated menu system blah blah.
Bottom line is that everyone at Bell is aware and they don't care. Every rep who tells you it is your internet connection that is the problem knows very well it ain't true.
Bell is a terrible company and everyone knows it. But in Canada we just except this as reality and continue to be ripped off.

So on the Xbox series X it freezes every 10-15 minutes for about 2 minutes. Then it starts playing again. Which is an improvement since the last update where it would say video play error. I've got fiber optic and Netflix at 4k runs no problem. I don't even want to hear that my internet connection can't handle 720p. So I try to use the app on the tv, the vocals sound like they're underwater. Entirely unwatchable. My final solution is watching via my PC, which has a tiny green border around the window. Distracting. Most expensive streaming service, worst stability and utility. Typical Canadian GARBAGE.
I don't understand how I have NO issues with any other providers, but for some reason Crave is constantly signing me out, wont let me log back in, won't play some episodes of seasons, and is the most difficult one to use of them all, and yet the most expensive. If there is something that only Crave has I highly suggest you watch it and minimal use of Crave, then get rid of it.
Get it together Crave, you have some the highest paying contracts of shows to air and yet this is the quality you provide? Pathetic when cheaper services out perform.
Every time you go on to watch something you have to sign in, that never happens with any other streaming service. Mid-show it will just crap out when there is no internet issue or any other explanation and this happens while others in the house are happily watching another service, the selection is poor with most titles hidden behind a pay wall. Overall, not surprised since it is Bell. Horrible company, not worth it.
It's just so damn quirky. Also so quiet I can't hear any of my TV shows my TV volume is on max but I can't hear anything. Facebook that's my main problem but people of been telling me that it's a stereo audio for CO2 something I guess play the more I don't quite understand but I do know that Netflix and the other ones are supposed to not have the stereo audio and apparently diamond that makes it louder but it would be certainly nice if Craighead whatever the hell it was that would let me just listen to the TV at a normal volume:
Don't spend a dime on this terrible interface. It routinely and seemingly randomly stops working and sometimes works if you just button mash the remote like it's a 1980s era Atari game system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Answer: I would not recommend getting CraveTV. Their customer support and technical support as well as quality is not upto the mark to compete with other service providers.
Answer: Because they only offer the absolute bare minimum for a streaming service, I suspect the ONLY reason it has lots of subscribers because crave seems to offer more rare shows, but for a bigger price mind you.

Answer: You can't! In the settings online, there is an option, but it doesn't carry over to whatever streaming device you're using it with. Incompetent morons, owned and operated by Canada's leading internet service provider. And Bell Media wonder why people don't like them. My sister has a theory... that Bell keeps their website design backward and out of sync with current progress, so they have an excuse to charge you extra money for their incompetence.
