I am very pleased with my items. This business offers a TON of crafting supplies. It took me two days to sift through it all it to get it on one order.
I never got an email of product shipment but was able to call and get it.
Overall I am pleased and will be back.

I originally went to Amazon to purchase this paper. It's very current and I didn't expect to find it. When I saw Craft Direct was represented on Amazon, I decided to go direct to them. I'm glad I did. The price was better dealing with them directly and I'm happy with the customer service! I'll be back.
Princes were great and product arrived in a timely manner. This is now my go to site when looking for crafting supplies.
I'm wondering if some of these reviews for craft direct are written by people who have been paid to write them. My experience with this vender is far from what some here have written. I have been waiting well over two months to have a Cameo 4 shipped. Others I know have reported the same thing. Waiting for orders to be fulfilled for months on end. Plus their cart Is very buggy. You try to place an order and it takes you to a server error message. I mentioned it to them but they still haven't fixed it. I also noticed that this business is not Better Business Bureau accredited either, and they have several complaints about them on the BBB website.
I love shopping here for my craft supplies. Very good customer service. The staff is very eager to serve and willing to meet your needs. They don't put you on hold and they work hard to see that your requests are taken care of, I love this store.

I have placed several orders with Craft Direct. My orders have been fulfilled in a timely manner and I have never had any problems with them. They have very good prices and carry my favorite brands.
I placed an order on May 5,2020. As of today July 27,2020 I still have not received my order. I called them and canceled my order. Expecting a full refund and only received partial refund. So I called them back, because they know what number I called from they sent it to voice mail instead of taking the call. So I call from a different number and talk with someone to find out why only a partial refund and the girl tells me they will process a correction and it will take between 3 and 5 days then hangs up on me. I call back again and they send my call to voice mail.
They do not have good customer service and i would not recommend using them.
I loved shopping here. Had just what I was searching for.
Shipping was great, even with all thei Covid, it was fast!

The customer service is amazing and super helpful. An employee gave me many updates and emails on my order when I asked when it would be shipped out because I needed it within a certain amount of time, and now I'll be receiving my item right on time. Highly recommend Craft Direct!
