It was very explanatory, however, I believe that online certification is not a thorough enough process for learning the do's and don'ts of CPR.

Excellent review and well worth the money. The trainer was easy to understand and excellent videos. Tests had some questions on it that I did not see or hear on the video.

Way better than average! The CPR & first aid training for healthcare providers is very well done. I found the website to be responsive and easy to use. When I called I got an immediate "real" person in the USA and responses to my emails quickly. 2 thumbs up.
