This course was great for a refresher.it covered all the major scenarios
I was hoping that along with the CPR certification there would be acknowledgement of first aid training and blood borne pathogens as well. The last course I completed with another carrier was cheaper and included first aid and borne blood pathogens certificates as well. Since it was in this course I would think that was offered as well.

I don't feel the material was worth the price paid. It is relatively common sense and this could easily be a short portion of CPR classes so that you get this cert. Along with the other CPR/First Aid training. It would consolidate things on your end, and for us as customers to avoid multiple steps of going to a class, then taking this course. That being said, your site was very easy to navigate, the material provided was organized and simple to follow, so I do appreciate the simplicity of coming online to take the course and the quick service of mailing the certificate and information. Thank you!
