Another duped customer about to give some helpful tips on getting your money back. First print out all these reviews from other customers that recieved the fake uggs. Then visit the real ugg website they have a link that allows you to type in a name(cozy2boots) and it tells you if it is a verified ugg dealer. Guess what it comes up as fraudulant. Print that out to. Take it to your credit card company and any decent bank will refund your money.

I thought I was purchasing from a company that adversites "genuine Ugg boots" only to find out that for $83.00 I bought a crappy pair of Knock Off Uggs! The tag in back is crooked, the stitching is irregular and poorly done and the soles of the shoes are totally messed up. When asking cozy2boots.com for a refund they have given me nothing but the run around and told me that it was going to cost me $20.00 just to replace the boots and another $40.00 - 50.00 for shipping and handling! Do NOT do business with Cozy2Boots.com! They are a horrible company and only want to rip off the consumer! Boots are JUNK!

I have read all of the complaints about the fraudulant activities of this company and have opened up a dispute on PayPal... however, PayPal says that they need multiple disputes to investigate. So if you purchased your fake UGG's with PayPal, please open up a dispute on your PayPal account... thanks.

Yesterday I tried to buy a pair of UGG mini boots for $78. I tried to check out, and was led to a blank page (now a clear blessing), over and over. I sent them an email, and what came back was unbelievable. Please note the business professionalism in the message: "if you don't know how to do an order, send us... blahblahblah". Are you kidding? I wrote a reply, but saved it as a draft, then looked for the site again. Unless I put in Cozy2Boots.com, I saw many "Cozyboot" links, but not Cozy2. Report them to your state's Attorney General's Office, immediately. This fraud is a federal crime, handled by the Secret Service. However, you'll be better off not to tackle that, so go to your Att. Gen's website, or see if there's a federal consumer complaint form, too. Thank you very much to those of you who offered these reviews. If you made purchase with a credit card, you CAN get your money back, by disputing the charge. You'll need to ship them back, and make sure you have a delivery confirmation number. Take care. I'm off to see about the cozyboot site. :)

I really wanted the bailey button uggs, price was right but noticed the only way to contact them was by email, no ph#. The website said read reviews, but when i clicked on it could not access it. So i took a chance. Nothing i saw indicated it was chinese affiliated until i pd w paypal days to get conf#, boots arrived looked ok but i got the wrong size.and they have a smell to them. I ordered a uk size, usually the us slot is first when ordering. Emailed co, waited 2 1/2 days for response emailed again. Nothing. Notified mastercard tld them my story. They were great. Thank god. Finally got an email from this chinaman saying $40-$50 ton send back & he wants $20 to boot. (np pun intended) a friend told me how to access reviews & felt a bit better other people got rooked too. Misery loves company... BUYER BEWARE! I LEARNED THE HARD WAY THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS FREE LUNCH!(p.s. No ret adrs on shipping label everything in chinese except my name & adrs & there was a white pwdr on the shippiing box covered w clear tape, i didn't want to open the box)

Why Why Why do i look at reviews AFTER I have been scammed in the internet? I bought real Uggs for my daughter for Christmas (wrong color) couldn't find right color/size anywhere so we went to the web. I don't like to order via internet for just this reason! Now we have waited 2 weeks for boots, they arrive, she immediatley says "these are not UGGS" I must agree after looking at them, we have seen the same quality in $10-$20 store brand knock offs this time we have paid considerably more. After reading the other reviews here I know I will be in for a long battle to get any satisfaction from this company or our CC co. Reminder to self "CHECK REVIEWS PRIOR TO EVER ORDERING!" Will head my own advise next time!

I believe this website is selling fakes or they are illegally selling real boots. Anyways they are out of china and they have no contact information other than email. Everytime i try to track some chinese website comes up. All uggs are made in china true, but not being able to contact other than email is scarey and make me uneasy. I will attempt to send them back or try to find out if they are fake. Bottom line don't order from anywhere that you can't get a US address or easy access to customer service via PHONE! CHINA SUCKS! And these fake producers are giving bad names to the hard working chinese people that are doing the right thing(if there are any)

UPDATE: Boots recieved today and totally fake as hell. However not horrible looking. I will keep them bc I don't want to risk sending back and not getting anything in return. I will wear them. But I will also not promote the site unless you don't mind getting fakes. For half the price.

This place ships from China. I think they are fake.My credit card company is not wanting to even talk about me asking them to dispute the charges. They said no way however I even question the call center at the credit card co. Because they were from India and clearly the man had been given a fake American name and was reading from a script. Anyway... cozyboots.com is a valid site in Ventura Cali. Cozy2boots.com is a site saying they are in USA. Invoice on the www.uggsaustralia.com and the invoice was from China. Everything on the invopice was every bit Chinese. My name and address were in English and thats it. Now, I am, as I said fighting w/my credit card to dispute the charde and they are arguing w/me even though the invoice is chinese. Seems kind of DDUUUHH on that one. See ya around. Credit card company is CapitalOne. Let me know if anyone can help me. Thanks!
