It used to be fun, but now it's all about money. Nobody had money to waste like that. I can hardly enter challenges because your required to have certain things and I refuse to keep giving more and more money. Especially since my app isn't even working properly. When I go into a challenged the models face, hair, and clothes are not on the model so I can't even see what the outfit I'm putting together looks like. Customer service said to clear my cache and make room on my phone, which I did, and nothing changed. I told them since I can't Play the game can I get all my money I spent back, of course no conclusion to my problem, and DEFINITELY no answer to that question.

Covet decided to become more diverse with their "models" and took away players' choices of skin tones, makeup etc. Since the "evolving", some of the clothes don't display correctly on the plus size models. Also, some of the clothes I've purchased don't load. It's extremely difficult to find anything in the game now. Tried to contact them. Got a "team's looking into it" auto reply and nothing else. Put it all back to what it was until you can figure out what you're doing. I'll be finding something else to waste my time on.

You would think with the amount of money they are making they would have a better customer support system. I believe I have even been robbed of my diamonds and coins. And they overcharged my credit card once. The challenges are rigged, unless you spend money you can get a high score. The voting is questionable, i. E. styles with gowns for casual settings get higher scores. You have to spend to much $$$ on fake cloths to truly enjoy! The cloths you previously buy is hardly used because each new challenge requires you to buy more. Very little rewards.

While a great idea that satisfy the "dress-up the doll" need some of us find fun, this app is already on the "Dark Side"...
1) It's all about selling you real clothes from a couple of designers or "packages" containing the internal game coin (diamonds) at a hefty price.
2) You can earn free diamonds IF you win contests in how you dress your doll BUT you will compete against players at the maximum Level (45) rendering you winning impossible... unless you spend REAL money.
3) They have agreements with crooked Surveys and Offers Companies that milk every information they can from you just to tell you that you DON'T QUALIFY most of the time or worst, will pay you SOME of the times you do. Many offers ask you for your credit card...
4) If you dress your doll in a way that doesn't end up looking like a Barbie, you won't win (no free diamonds). Since the long blonde hair style is present in higher levels, you have to go buy (many) packages to use it.
5) You can only try ONE un-bought item at the time, so you can't preview the whole design without buying.
6) When purchasing clothes, you CANNOT sort items BY PRICE!
7) Absent Support.
8) 1.5 Gigabytes!

Ditto the negative comments. It's a wicked fun game, at first, but you quickly realize something is "off." The voting is rigged for sure. There is NO WAY the voting and winners are chosen randomly. It becomes obvious very early on, and newbs CANNOT WIN. Forget it. Doesn't matter how much you spend. This game is a money pit. They have everything priced so high you're paying real clothes prices for a game. Players get nothing in return. Even casinos know you have to give your players SOME to keep them happy and coming back. I'm THIS close to deleting the game. If you want an idea of how much customer turnover they have, look at the number of active players in the fashion houses.

Fun game but you CANNOT move forward without paying... i spend, on average, $40 per month and that is LOW! In order to move ahead in this game you need to PAY, big time. The higher you get the more points you get during votes and the more your look is shown. Just starting out your hair and make up are minimized... the more you spend the higher you move up... you get extra points during challenges the higher your closet value... the higher your closet value the more times your look is voted on... im well past a million dollar closet value and i still am FAR behind... this game is NOT based on player votes - thats a very small part of the score - what ots based on is how much money you have spent and THEN its what a child or teenager thinks fashion is... the challenges are frequently past years, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 80's, etc which no teenagers have a clue about... if its sexy, with high value hair and/or make up, you get votes... doesnt matter how good.
Plus, the challenges are BS, they make you buy hideously ugly items and they are SO specific that EVERY look is the same! NO
Room for any creativity.

It's all about the money to Covet. It's grossly overpriced, unfair to new users, and only beholden to the designers - first! The top design winners ARE NOT real users, which quite frankly, is outright fraud. It's very surprising that they haven't been sued for misleading it's paying customers. They nickel and dime you to death, and reward you very, very little. Customer service is non-existant. I would not recommend this game, ever!
