Covet has recently changed how fashion houses are joined. You no longer see the houses and choose one, you answer a survey and they "match" you to one. My fashion house of more than 7 years is dying because it isn't being seen. Multiple help tickets have been frustratingly unhelpful as they are AI scripted auto suggestions. The final one being that I recruit my own fashion house from social media. It's a game, not a second job, I'm not doing their marketing departments job. The game is full of in app purchases with many challenges being difficult to impossible without spending real money, they already get enough of my money, they don't need my unpaid labor too. I don't recommend this game. I'll be leaving it when my house finally dies off.

With the beginning of Fall Season, we find instead of styling with ‚today's hottest brands' we are given only poorly designed (AI?) Covet Basic or Covet Collection to style with. By getting rid of designers and real clothes, the game has changed beyond recognition. I was a daily player for ten years, but see no point in continuing. They have destroyed my beloved game.

I have been playing this game for 3-4 years, I was at the top level and had over 120 hair accessories. I was a part of the bluerose rally house. We have formed friendships. I loved playing the game even though it is expensive. 2 days ago I log on to see that everything was gone and I was starting from the very beginning like I had never played. I can't even join a rally house because the feature is locked until I get to that level. I messaged support but have not heard back. If my progress cannot be recovered I will delete this game and never play again. I'm so pissed!

5.99 for Premium Pass but no rewards for weeks. Doesn't seem like much until you consider they're stealing from thousands of players. Absolutely zero response from customer service.

I have been playing Covet for about a year and a half and have spent no cash, but one day I logged in and found my cash and diamonds a lot lower than they had been!

They steal ingame rewards (which have a real money value) from their players!
There isn't support nor any refund at all for those issues

I like this game a lot especially the graphics but they seem to have an agenda or trying to groom users to their "advoczcies". So annoying when you just want to have fun and they throw these issues, drama and opinion of certain issues. I'm Asian and I don't want to comment who's always at the forefront of their page.

The top fashions are hideous. Yet, I lose to them I don't think the judging is fair. I'm just using for fun don't spend your money!

I started playing the game during the pandemic, but will not be continuing this particular fashion game. It's gotten too $$$$ hungry. It is their prerogative to make money from their app, but this game is a little like borrowing from a loan shark. You pay much more than you get, even with the new changes, so I'm making the choice to move on.

Personally i love the game, and have spent money on it. But each hair accessory is $8.99 (USA), and that amount adds up to a lot. They want all your money. I have had to limit my spending on the game because of the prop packs and such. Customer service is fine for me, but they dont respond on weekends. But each customer service person i've spoken to is very helpful!

I have played this game for years but the last two years have changed. Where the stories and themes used to be fairy tale princesses, not so nice queens and business women of many sorts, now is continually pushing Lesbian marriages and relationships into the mix. I do not participate in those challenges and usually dont say much, but if you are looking to download this game which takes up alot of space in your device, be prepared for their 'agenda'.

All this game wants is your money. I had to purchased the $7.99 cash & diamond bunch almost as soon as I started playing and it was all gone in the same game play. You have to pay to re wear something you already own! All they want you to do is spend spend spend! The worst game ever!

Why do all the daily challenges have to be about dressing up which I don't mind, but come on it's use to be like dress up like a genie or a goddess. Now it's dress up in a gown every challenge. The game isn't fun no more. And why does it take so long to level up? I mean people don't wanna spend all they diamond and money to level up each time just because the level bar is so high. I like the hair styles but why do we have to wait to get the makeup that match a theme or the hair? Because I don't think I'll be playing the game that long to make it that far, I also purchased accessories but what I don't like is the fact that to use a certain accessories type is so far up in a level, for ex I purchased a ice crown and I can on use the ice crown that for my level I can't use another ice crown because it's like on level 46 or something like that. I ask with the prop pack came with the accessories or lowered the amount for both because 8.99 is to much. Also why is the daily challenge only 500 dollars. We pay you a lot for a simple hair accessories but only get 500 for a challenge. When you might spend more than that on the challenge. And why is all the top players wearing the same thing that doesn't even go with the story of what's going on. You fixed somethings but that was skin tone and make up. Really that's it that's all you think you need to fix. I hope the game gets better but I don't think I'll be around to see it I'm over it honestly, not that fun no more.

Have loved Covet for years but last 1.5 years has gotten increasingly very very costly. $10,000 for a dress and over $2000 for any article to enter and if you are not spending that kind of Money you will not get good scores. The themes: not winning by theme that is set for a challenge. Just dress them any old way. This use to be a wonderful game. I really don't know how much longer I can stay. I love this game but too costly to maintain. This is a GAME and when world matters start infiltrating this app I definitely don't recommend to teens and pre teens. If I had one this age, they would definitely not be playing this.

I love playing the game... but honestly, I am fed up with all the bull in this game! Why bother having stories, no one follows them! Voting isn't real (people have their groups and they all dress the same way because they can show each other their looks beforehand and all decide what is best, then they vote only on that look) and apparently the only outfits that are used are Long gowns! Why bother having any other clothes? Also when you look at some Top looks they don't even match the story they were supposed to dress for! The prizes you get "most are boring and repeats of what you already have a hundreds of in your closet just in different colors or similar look and they are never used!" By the way... a lot of the designs are getting really ugly, boring, old looking and no fun to them! What ever happen to Originality? Also the fact that you have to belong to a group in order to earn extra outfits and challenges is BS... it doesn't allow for individual thinking or Originality at all! You have to follow the rules of that group, "excuse me"... the whole reason I joined this game was to have and do my own creative ideas, to stand out from the crowd! I have been a loyal player and I am at the top rank so far, on my own... but I am truly disappointed in the route that Covet has taken! Such a great concept, with possibilities for so much fun and creativity... but, it is all being ruined by greed and getting way to expensive for my taste, for what I am getting out of it!
