The drawstring mechanism does not function as designed. The product should be tested before dispatching to the customer. Disappointed

I could not be happier. Their website was easy to use, their follow up questions to make sure I was ordering the correct cover was great. I received it pretty quickly, it fit perfectly, and I'd use them again and probably will.

Custom winch cover is a perfect fit. Expert sewing, quality material, and quick shipping.
Did not build like drawing
Configured the drawing to have an opening on one end for cables. Actual cover did not have opening like the drawing. Cust Serv wanted me to log back in, file statement, submit redraw, run a marathon and find world peace... Not for $15 item, I just cut it with a knife
Custom cover review
The website was easy to use to enter the dimensions of the EV charger I wish to cover to protect from the elements. I also liked having the 3 choices of material quality and endurance, I picked the lowest quality, but its specs were still very good. When it arrived I was impressed by the quality of material and stitching. It fit perfectly. I could not find anyone else that met all my requirements and also was such great value. I highly recommend them.

Material could be stronger and color hex code submitted when ordered for personalizing with my logo was not the right color hex code used on the material.
