Not worth the money...
The cover is very thin and porous. Most light gets through and it's only November and I have a thick layer of algae. The pool has only been closed a month with PLENTY of chlorine.
Nice product
I live in a beach community and purchased the car cover to protect it from salt spray. Seams to work great.
Fantastic product.
I ordered this safety cover for my above ground pool. I was told by several local pool cover/design companies that no such thing existed. Wrong! This cover is well made and came with all of the hardware to install it. I could not be happier.
Free Shipping is not free.
When you look on the website and it shows the company based in Georgia and at the end you see your product is being shipped out of India someone is making it look American made. They also say they have free shipping well my free shipping cost me over $100 probably because it's coming across the world. So it's not free and shouldn't be advertised as such. As for the product itself should be sufficient. I would not order again not because of the product quality but for advertising false information like free shipping. And not American made.
Oval pool cover worked great
We have a Freeform pool so I ordered an oval cover that would cover the whole thing. I installed it and it worked out great.
Lied to
After speaking to a customer service rep, I was told that if I uploaded pictures of my pool which included dimension iand shape, their software would be able to custom cut my cover. I did exactly what they asked me to do and they gave me a plain oval cover. Nothing they told me came to fruition. When I emailed them with my dissatisfaction, they did nothing but give me the runaround. Don't trust them.
Great product, easy install.
Materials are good quality, product appears well made. Install was easy and instructions were clear and complete.
Okay as expected
It is not strong enough to allow pets or people to walk on it!
Not sure about the sturdiness of the fabric
I was expecting a much more thicker fabric hopefully this is durable and it will last a few years.

Communication is really important when ordering a custom product. They are nice people but communication is not good. It took a while to finalize the product but they sent the wrong color.

The cover is adequate
The cover looks good, but we did find that some of the stitching on the straps started to tear if any sideways force was applied to the strap.
A little rocky at first- but overall EXCELLENT Experience!
I was excited but wary about buying an in-ground pool cover online. These covers start at $2,000 so I was praying for the best with a $500 cover. I am so grateful I ordered! There was a hiccup at first because they needed something but I did not receive any emails. I didn't find out until 3 weeks later, and two days after the cover was to be delivered. However, their customer service was always professional, and they did not charge me when the size ended up being bigger. I wish I should post photos because they did an amazing job! This cover came with its own storage bag and all the tools. The bag and tools along probably cost over $200 in the US. That said, i am so grateful that I found this company and that they did such a wonderful job. Just trust the process and be as kind to them as they always are to you. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Description and photo shown surely doesn't seem to be the same as what was received. Quite disappointed.

Cover looks good
The cover looks good but the springs were substandard and quite quite a few broke during installation. On the plus side they sent lots of extras so all of the broken ones are replaced with 3 left over. I won't know the quality of the cover until I use it for a couple of years. Instructions are well written.
