Ordered a white cover expecting white zips. There was nowhere to choose zip colour or thread colour or any option for anything of that sort. So when it arrived with black zips I asked for it to be changed to white zips. They advised it should have been requested on the special requests! What a joke. They wouldn't replace it unless I paid again! They offered a 30% discount but what am I going to do with multiples of the same thing and paying twice for the product I wanted! They have no empathy or care for their customers and it shows with this outcome. Avoid like the plague.

From the start the sales team contacted us to ensure that the measurements we provided were accurate ( the manufacturer's specifications and photos are most important) the materials used also high quality.
My experience was great. The designers asked me to review and double check the measurements of my grill about 8 times. Each time they picked up and corrected small errors I had made. The end result was perfect. I'm very happy with my cover. I bought it in the cream beige version and it blends very well with the outside area as compared with a big black cover. Highly recommended.

After placing the order Covers and All were emailing instructions for measuring and they were very easy to contact and understand instructions. Very good company to work with.

Covers & All contacted me three times to ensure measurements were correct and I was happy with the design. All good in the end with cover fitting well. It rained immediately after they arrived and they did the job, showed that they are waterproof.
