Delivery before expected date but did not receive all that I ordered still waiting for a response?
Easy to use website. I needed to ask some questions and chat help was useful. My cover arrived one day after anticipated date so I was pretty happy with that. It fits perfectly and I'm very pleased with it.

I ordered my wrapping bag on 3/1/21, and was given an estimated delivery date of 1/2/21 which was fine. But then, without any communication from the company, I started getting emails about "delayed shipping" with nee delivery dates getting later and later. So I emailed the company who informed me that my item hadn't been made yet. It ended up arriving on 24/2/21. I was pretty disappointed with their lack of communication. The product itself is good. It has no solid base in it though, so it's floppy with the wrapping paper in it.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised dates. Please be assured we are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. As these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are ongoing, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.

Very prompt, perfect packaging to protect well. Product is exactly as described, in fact more impressive than expected.
The covers arrived but were the wrong size (too small, no leeway) so were much too tight to fit over the chairs.
Good customer service so they sent out replacement covers - still the wrong size.
By the third attempt the covers were the correct size. Good quality covers and good customer service with prompt replacements sent out

We handcraft each cover closely following the specifications and instructions provided. The leeway is added to the width and depth of the cover but not to the height (to prevent the cover from bunching up near the bottom). We do make a mistake occasionally but are firmly committed to making it right when given the opportunity and once the error is established.

Covers & All made it really easy to get the right size and finish for my new speaker covers.
It was excellent! Simple to enter measurements online, despite odd shape of my cushions not being completely rectangular. Staff emailed me for confirmation of where zip would go, and provided opportunity to send photos of current cushions to ensure shape is correct. The quality is better than I expected, I did wait a week or so longer for delivery than the revised email had predicted but it was well worth the wait and I was in no hurry. They fit perfectly, are of such a high standard and quality - I will not hesitate to use Covers & All again for any future projects.

Ordered tv cover. Received email stating delivery date and follow up email asking if product had arrived! To date no product has arrived although I am prepared to accept that COViD has interfered somewhat in the process.
