I chose the heaviest material, was hoping it would be more robust, but great service and well made.
Super helpful, with the designing of my custom L shaped lounge cover. No issue too big. A great design tool and end product just what I was after.
The whole experience was easy from start to finish - appears to be a high quality product. There were some delays to delivery but the communication in advance of this delay and the reasons why were excellent.
Only comment would be that the cover doesn't quite suit a TV that is hung from the wall as there are some difficulties getting around the brackets - but perhaps I am yet to figure this out!

On the TV covers I accidentally ordered 48 instead of 58 inches so tried to return the 48 and get the 58 but it is not easy and not available as an option so I have ordered another cover with the correct size.
I guess that's the policy so no big setback

Great experience, the effort to ensure the correct size is impressive. Have just ordered two more covers for other items. The ability to customise the covers is excellent.
I ordered 2 things. The exercise bike cover is excellent and as expected. The outdoor sun lounge cover is completely the wrong size and is so small it wouldn't even cover 1/2 of a sun lounge. It is the strangest size and cannot be used.
I thought it was a long cover to cover a tall bar stool -turned out to be short -it covered the seat only not the whole bar stool
