Bit hard to apply the discount code but in the end OK.

I ordered a cover for an outdoor bar setting. In the two years we have had the setting we have gone through two different covers. Both disintegrated within 12 months. This one appears to be much better quality so I anticipate it will last much longer and therefore be better value for money in the long run. I was impressed that the company were able to tell I had provided the wrong measurements from the photo I provided and contacted me to double check it. Great service.

Overall happy with the product however when trying to contact the company that's another story
Waited for over 40 minutes with some American voice saying you are fourth in line, then three, then two, then one then simply cut off

Very easy to design a custom cover, fast delivery and great communication from sales.

I have used these guys three times now. Previously it was hard to use as the measurements were in inches but now it is in cm and makes more sense.

Unfortunately not all instructions were followed. The second opening I asked to be placed on wider side next to the crate door however it was placed at opposite side to opening which is against a wall so not really serviceable. The cover though was well made and functional. I did send a picture and instructions but I think the confusion resulted due to naming of measurements WxLxH which is why I sent a photo

We ordered a BBQ cover filled out product spec sheet and then Cover All made us a perfect fitting BBQ cover. Highly recommend when you have large BBQ with extended bench top this is a brilliant service.

I was pleased to find that I could buy a custom size waterproof mattress cover for my Bali daybed. The website was easy to navigate and the cover arrived as per my instructions. I've only had it for a few days so I don't know yet how waterproof and durable the fabric is but I'm happy with the feel and appearance of the fabric.
