Covers arrived on time and are very well made. Do make sure you measure the sizing carefully as they did arrive reasonably loosely fitting as they certainly add a little extra to your measurements.

Without the experience of knowing how long the covers will last/ retain colour, they seem to be decent quality, well made and excellent fit. Packaging for shipping was also quite good. Overall a pretty good experience. I'd purchase from them again. Thankyou

I wanted some high quality covers for my lovely outdoor dining suite and large daybed. I sent my measurements as requested and hoped my odd shaped requests could be met.
I received my covers and promptly tried them out, and they fitted perfectly and looked good too. The weighted material is a tasteful light grey and the workmanship is first class! I appreciate the thoughtfully placed handles to assist with placement and removal and lm ready for all weather protection now. Thank you Covers and All. I would recommend you to everyone.

Online shopping does work well when you have all the information. Ordered and received the items in a reasonable timeframe.

Have had 3 orders previously...all great. Process involved selection online, payment up front...PDF sent to confirm measurements and design...I made corrections and confirmed by return email...order was then manufactured and despatched...
THIS TIME - no confirmation email, could not edit design to be exactly suitable.
Consequently, the cover is unsuitable for purpose...although it is well made, I just cannot use it to cover clothes line.

Cover is good and as advertised however it is too large. I have talked to the live chat on your sites and they have informed me that the feedback team will look into it and get back to me soon

The cover I ordered is correct in size but the material is made of stiff plastic so I can't use it at all. I don't know where this mistake was made, I guess I must have ordered this plastic but I meant to order fabric as a cushion cover. So now I cannot use it.
