They try to help you while you install the seat covers. Sometimes its more obvious then people think. You might need to move the cover from the rear of the front seats.

I received items 3/20/26. Attempted to install on vehicle, during installation I noticed these covers do not fit all makes and models. Installation videos are not vehicle specific. Just general guidelines. Once I realized issues I wrapped back in box and began a return process via email. In email I explained what issues were. I was asked to take pictures and submit, I did. After that is was just back and forth emails. Finally I was asked to keep them with a 25% refund. Why in the world would I do that if they do not fit. Finally I went to website and began a chat. In less than 10 minutes as I explained to agent David the issue he stated a return will be generated. So do not email this company go directly to chat on their website. So it is very difficult to give a good recommendation to this company.

My seat covers look and feel great, and were relatively easy to put on. My major complaint is that per the advertising I was expecting a form-hugging "custom-fit" - and this was definitely NOT the case. The fit was sloppy, with overhang at the front edge and quite a bit of air all along the top and front. The shape of the headrest was a completely mismatch. Rather than "custom", a more truthful description would be "close enough". Nonetheless, I give it three stars because they do look great, they cover up a lot of ugliness in my 28 year old seats, and they *are* comfortable.

They get a fourth star though, because the shopping experience and delivery were very smooth, and my covers arrived quite quickly after ordering them.

These seat covers are very well made and worth the price if they fit; however, they don't fit our seats as well as expected. I have a 2018 Escalade, and the bottom seat covers for both the front and back do not quite fit as expected, and the headrests for the back seats are designed for taller headrests instead of wider.

The headrest were too small for my truck and the back of the seats were a little too baggy. They made a really good quality, but just not for me. I've requested a return.

Speedy shipping. Product arrived in Good condition. These covers are very good. I am 6'2", 312 pounds, and these covers have really made it a tight fit, behind the wheel. Will buy again. Thanks.

The first set I ordered did not fit my car. The were quick to fix the issue. Unfortunately, I don't like the second set as well as the first.

Matched the original covers perfectly in color easy to install once I figured out how to load the disc into the straps, and still didn't get it right, but they work

I didn't have any problems with the purchasing or the shipping of the products. All were handled very well.

Failed to clearly describe fit difference between vehicle models. Skirting is cheap. Difficult to install and locks inedequate.

Easy or order, came fast, look nice, but still in box.

Finding the correct covers and ordering them was about as easy as it can be given the variety of make/models available. Shipping time was measured in days, not weeks and the product was securely shipped and protected by plastic sleeves and a sturdy box. Directions are straightforward and easy to follow. Make sure you have an additional set of hands. Two may be enough but i found i needed and got help from my wife to securely fasten the covers. As noted i used two different types of fasteners to see which one was going to be my long term preference.

My seat covers don't fit properly and there's no way to adjust them on my Corolla crossover hybrid. The attachments they provided don't work on my car. Very fusappointed
