Fonts very unstable. Sometimes very miniscule, sometimes very big. Extremely big gap on each segment. Some technical issues with the program seen on h/p mode.
Possibly the platform is great for someone, no for me, the main problem with this company is their costumer service, it is no a real people, their use a chat bot and that it has a system of affiliate plans and policies that are totally different, they NEVER favor the user, they make sure of this ambiguity to not return your money, this confuses you and their refund policies are not updated, plus they do not give prior notice of the charge and surprisingly you never have the upper hand, in their policies they say that for personal or financial reasons they do NOT refund you just for details with the platform, which you must have tried at least 21 consecutive days. Be careful even though their policies say 30 days and 24 hours before the expiration date, in reality according to them and due to technical problems the charge will be every 4 weeks or 28 days, if you really enjoy the content take advantage of it, but if you want to terminate the contract, check this very well, because you will find this charge without prior notice, it is something created on purpose to make it difficult for you to keep track, it is a fraud in disguise. Be very careful!

I didn't even know how I signed up and where to cancel my subscription. I found their support email online and they wouldn't work with me at all. Zero concern over my situation. Zero flexibility. I think I am chatting with a bot. I am so upset.
Am hook up, short structured courses very teachable, knowledge base basic.
Very nice
Shady sign up process that automatically doubles after first month. They charge for 3 months in advance and refused to refund the day I noticed they charged. They are scammers trying to make a buck off AI, yet build nothing of their own. Don't sign up!
After my initial review was posted, someone from Coursiv contacted me about my experience. They apologized for how it had been handled and the DID refund my charge.
I've not used their services so I can't speak to that, but anytime a company goes out of its way to right a wrong, I feel that company deserves a chance.
Bought a downloadable book from them in January. Today I have a charge pending for 79.99. Apparently I was signed up for a subscription I was not aware of. They dont send any communications that you have been subscribed. And they dont send any communication letting you know they are going to charge you. Not even a payment receipt. I have no way to verify that I agreed to pay them anything.
Their "refund policy" is crap. They offer lots of "empathy" and "deep regrets", but ultimately its "tough sh*t".
I am having a fantastic learning experience. The AI is exceeding my expectations, it is so fun that I can use it even for the leisure time and can use so many different commands

SCAM! Absolutely basic information. And I subscribed for 7 dollars per week offer and after I left me card info they charged me for 14,7$ more and try to tell me what I subscribed for their product twice. Looks like and absolute SCAM. And they refuse to make a refund.
Learning something new is always challenging. The courses here, have a lot of information again, challenging but I'm learning something new all the time. Thank you.
I enjoy learning the content, but I think almost £50 is a bit much as a subscription. I would have preferred a one off payment because it is making me rush my learning experience to try and get it done before the next payment comes out of my account.

I initially engaged with Coursiv by paying for a trial, which seemed fair to assess their courses. However, after a brief exploration within the first week, I realized their offerings did not meet my expectations, and I discontinued use of their service.
The situation worsened when I was automatically billed $79.99 after the trial. I reached out to Coursiv's customer service on the same day the charge was made, expecting a straightforward resolution given that there had been no activity on my account since the trial's first week. To my dismay, not only did they rigidly refuse to consider a refund based on their policy, but they also claimed an inability to detect any account under my details—a claim that is not only perplexing but also alarming, as it was the same account I used to sign up and pay for the trial.
This response from Coursiv was unreasonable and frustrating. Their inability to locate my account, coupled with their refusal to refund an unutilized service, suggests either a serious flaw in their system management or a lack of transparency in their billing practices. It is disheartening and feels deceptive, as if the company is indifferent to genuine customer concerns and is not forthcoming in their transactions.
For anyone considering Coursiv, please be cautious. Their handling of my situation—characterized by inflexibility, poor customer service, and questionable account management—highlights significant risks. A trustworthy company values customer satisfaction and manages their systems with integrity, qualities that Coursiv has failed to demonstrate.
