I had a terrible experience with Coursiv. They charged my credit card without my consent, and when I requested a refund, they hid behind their inflexible refund policy. Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. This company's practices are unethical, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away. They care more about their policies than their customers' rights. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Coursiv at all costs.
