This is quite interesting and exciting. It is the logical process of engagement to achieve the end results. In a normal situation, one would have to call in a room of experts to table the question. The results would take time to achieve due to deliberations. Also, the deliberations would not necessarily be of high quality as they would be subject to the knowledge of the people in the room, which might also be limited.
