Was genuinely enjoying Coursiv. I had a 49-day learning streak and had been consistently using the app for five months. I paid $79.99 for a one-year subscription and $19.99 for the AI Prompt Bundle—and everything was going well until I suddenly lost access to the program. After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, I was finally told by someone at Coursiv to log in and click "Reactivate Subscription." I did this, unaware that my original account had been closed. The moment I clicked it, I was charged another $79.99—despite already having an active yearly subscription. Coursiv refused to refund the second charge, even though they could clearly see my usage history and purchase records. All I wanted was access to the account I had already paid for—not to be double charged for it. There is no live customer service, no proper support process, and absolutely no accountability. Even PayPal sided with them, which left me feeling helpless and robbed. This experience was disheartening and incredibly frustrating. I know I'll likely never see my money again, but I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake. Coursiv might look like a promising platform, but beware of how they treat paying users. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look elsewhere.
