I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This is a scam. They say "money back guarantee" on their sign-up page, but that is a lie. I subscribed to the 1-week plan for a discount, fair enough. They offered me some AI bundle add-ons I was curious about, so I clicked one... immediately charged me $50. It wasn't 'added to my cart' and then 'checkout' like 99.9% of legit businesses do. Direct charge. How am I supposed to know more about what I'm getting in the bundle if I can't click on it to see what I'm getting? Minutes later I emailed asking for a refund for the AI bundle I accidentally clicked. Nope, read the terms and conditions they said. They told me I "added it to my cart" which I thought I was doing but wasn't. I called them on their lie but they would not budge. Absolute scammers and terrible business model based on duping people into clicking bundle products that have a very limited description.
The voice has been a little iffy on the Chat GPT sessions. But overall it's been great.
I am enjoying my experience so far. I appreciate the fact that the lessons are user-friendly and interactive. Thank you!
