I placed Order #CL******* with Cosmos Layers on July 22. I received an email saying my order had been shipped, but when I checked the tracking status, it clearly showed "Shipment cancelled by merchant". What followed was even worse: No updates, no communication, no refund. Emails and DMs ignored. I left a polite public comment asking for an update and they deleted it instead of replying. This feels like a deliberate scam disguised as a legit business. Their behaviour is extremely unprofessional, and their silence is unacceptable. If you're thinking of buying from them, don't — you'll likely lose your money and your time. I will be escalating this through legal and consumer complaint channels if they continue to ignore this.
