WARNING! You will be scammed, they will pretend they delivered your item, provide a tracking number, but it will NEVER be delivered and go to the wrong address. They don't answer emails and will never refund you. I reported them to my bank. Many people having the same experience. This company is based in HONG KONG / CHINA. DO NOT USE! I hope the bank will black list them so others don't have to suffer the same.

I ordered product 4months ago. I have yet to receive it. I asked to cancel, over 3months ago. They emailed me a shipped notice. Still no product. I have sent several emails to them. NO response
Complete scam!

Do not use this website they are so not legit the picture of the dress I ordered is nothing and I repeat nothing like the one I received the one in the picture has buttons this one does not it has pockets this one does not and it is a My cost to return it

Ordered a dress 7 Mos. Ago. First time, never received package but money was immediately taken from my account. After some apologetic emails from them, and me asking for a refund, they finally offered to replace the dress. Still no package. They wanted to send another dress, but I politely refused, again asking for a refund. I then received an email informing me that too much time had passed and not eligible for refund!

Ordered, paid, never received my order. Customer service does not respond. I'd add photos of my experience, but there is nothing to take a picture of. NADA!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a dress!
If you have any sense DO NOT order anything from them I don't even want to give 1 star, customer service is shocking, they don't reply to any emails. So please please please save yourself time and money and DON'T order from these dreadful people!

Ordered $80.00 worth of 3 dresses in April 2021. Now December 2021, have never received my order.

This is a scam site - save your money. After polite requests for information I have received an in transit notice. I was unable to track the number given. When I requested a refund there was no reply.

How is it possible that these thieves are still in business! I Why do I have to rate them 1 instead of 0?
I bought boots, nothing and when I insisted they always kept telling me: delivered. And I lost my money. Never buy from these thieves.

After 1 year, I still do not have my money back, nor any products! Scam business - do not use or buy

I placed my order in May. It is now November, and I still have not received my order. The original order was sent to the wrong address. They have ignored dozens of my emails. The only response I ever receive is either "we will look into it" or "we will ship a replacement order". They clearly have never shipped a replacement because they never forwarded a new tracking number. I have asked for a full refund multiple times, and have been completely ignored.
