I ordered boots from this company never received and ignored my messages never responded Issue never resolved

I live in Richmond Calif. I received notice that my shoes were successfully delivered to Richmond Virginia. Supposedly the were resent to correct address. Never received and they never responded. I have to leave one star in order to leave this review. That's one more than they deserve.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I still haven't received any compensation or the item. I do not recommend anyone to use this company for anything

I purchased a pair of shoes from CoraChic on 2/03/23 that was delivered to PA. I live in GA today & never got them after some 20 emails, mostly no reply promised twice that they would re-issue A request for restitution, and no answer and my email is no longer suitable to sign into my account. So, in my opinion, this is a BUYER BEWARE COMPANY. FOR SURE.

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered a dress in January and they said it was delivered in February however I a still waiting to receive after many e-mails back and forth saying it was on its way. DO NOT ORDER from them!

Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company. I believe it probably is a scam. I ordered a blouse after two months it never came. I had open a claim from PayPal and they immediately refunded my money. Meaning to say that the company probably is a scam, so do not waste your time again and your money ordering from this company your item will never arrive. I rate this company a zero since it is a scam.

Terrible material! Just like in a kids cheap costume. Certainly not worth 30.00. What a scam! Will never order again

I ordered in January and I still don't have anything. It was dekivered in a wrong address. They said that they would resend the order but still nothing. I asked for a refund and they haven't answered. I wish I'd seen earlier the reviews.

I've tried countless times to make contact through their support department, with no success. I've requested a refund, to which there has only been silence.

I used Paypal and was able to get a refund. The seller never shipped the item then provided fraudulent information to attempt to deceive the system.

I ORDERED THREE PAIR OF BOOTS SPENDING OVER 100 AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS,I WAS TOLD IT WAS DELIVERED AND THEY WILL RESEND MY ORDER. TO MAKE A LONG TRUE STORY SHORT THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE MERCHANDISE. THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY FRAUDULENT. EVERY REVIEW HERE IS VERY SIMILAR THAT THIS COMPANY IS AN FRAUD! I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY BANK FOR THIS FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION.

Have now contacted Aramex the delivery agent who have yet another address they said they delivered my parcel to- more rubbish. Corachic are not replying to any of my requests to their support department- have sent over 10!

Scam! I ordered $200 worth of items and never received even though they said it was delivered. I emailed them and they said they would check into it. I never received a response.

At the beginning of November I ordered and paid for a dress from Corochic. It has not been delivered and have made many requests from many people who don't or won't accept them. Order No: CCOOO******* Placed 09.11.22 Confirmed as Paid. £37+. Carrier: "Sandwell Home Delivery"- supposedly delivered - 25.22.22? Please can you help me.

This so called company took my freaking money out of my bank account, delivered the dress to someone in New Jersey but guess what, I LIVE IN MICHIGAN! I've contacted them NUMEROUS TIMES, they have acknowledged that it was sent to the wrong person AND EVEN THE WRONG STATE, said they would send another and here we are, 6-7 months later, STILL NO DRESS AND STILL NO REFUND! IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE-5STARS I WOULD! DON'T SHOP HERE OR YOU'LL GET SCREWED TO EVENTUALLY!

I ordered a sweater from this company. After a month, I still had not received my purchase. When I contacted them by email, they told me that the item had already been delivered. That was mighty surprising to me since I never received it. Customer service did not offer me a replacement, suggest a refund, offer me a in-store credit nor could they prove to me that it indeed had been delivered. Do not buy from them they do not make good on your hard earned money and rip you off.

They take your money but, you do not receive the merchandise or a credit, I sent several emails to their support line and they indicated it was in the process of shipment, that was six month ago.

This company will take your money and never deliver your product. I ordered a pair of boots through a pentrist link and didn't think anything of it. I received my tracking info through email. When it said delivered I couldn't find a package anywhere. I contacted the customer service and they said to check the tracking information. It said that it was shipped using USPS however the tracking number was not a USPS tracking number. I reached back out to customer service and they said they would ship another package within seven days. It was at this time i looked for reviews on the company and found that many people experienced the same issues. I asked their customer service for the tracking information and the carrier for the new package several times with no response. They wont respond to any emails now and i never received my product. This company is a Scam, please do not use them. I hope you found these reviews before you make the mistake of giving them any money.

If I could write a review that is a million time LESS than one star - this is it.
I ordered two beautiful outfits from them and they did not send them out until about a month after purchase. Then sent them to North Carolina (I live in California). When I asked them to check on the order, the reply came sever weeks later saying my order had been delivered - which is probably was - on the other side of the county!
When trying to get a replacement or refund, they said they would check - again several weeks later - said I could expect a refund in 10 days. That was May 10 - still waiting.
Now, I cannot get ANY response from the "Customer Service" people.
In exact words - THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS I DID!

Please do not buy from this company, they took my money & never sent the item I paid for.
This was in March, it is now July.
I've sent so many emails & they just give me the runabout. They won't refund my money.
