Paid extra for fed ex priority overnight shipping and didn't receive my parcel until 8 business days later. Contacted customer service; they contacted me through phone after I sent at 4 email messages. Was unable to talk through phone due to work related issues. But was very unsatisfied with the shipping.
Website is easy to naviguate with. Already bought from you a while back and everything was top notch. Hopefully, it's still going to be neat this time
