Unclear advertising. Next time I will use another company that offers more savings, such as contactsexpress.ca. I was mistaken that free shipping was included with discount when using promotion coupon. Should state clearly in advertisment that free shipping is not included
Easy to checkout, site had my previous address and shipping information, but the Fast RE-ORDER section did not list any of my previous orders! I had to go back and find an old invoice to compare. Slightly inconvenient.
Also for some reason I didn't receive an email copy of my invoice this time?
