Disappointed that my contact lenses added up to99.90 and you disallowed the Easter coupon. I guess I would have had to double my order and then I would just miss the next level coupon. Not good public relations when my account shows that I always buy this brand. To benefit from the coupon I would have to 'try' another more expensive brand.
I accidently ordered the wrong prescription and I need to do an exchange. I am still waiting to hear back about how I can exchange them for the correct ones.
Please solve my problem before you ask me to fill out stupid surveys!

Fast and easy ordering process. However, not satisfied with Canada Post as their delivery notification showed they were delivered but actually were not. They were NOT dropped off in my mail box in the apartment building but in another tenant's mail box and I did not get them until someone actually looked at the address label and brought them to my suite the next day.
