I placed my most recent order and the next day there was a promotion email for mothers day that extended until May 11 which entitled us to free shipping. This is a shame since there was no additional markdown for my order even when placed very close within the time frame. It would be nice to have the opportunity to receive further heads up about upcoming sales to anticipate a possible future deal and then hold my purchase until then, especially as a returning customer. We should be able to get these notices in case we need to purchase a larger order, and there should be free shipping on orders placed within the country especially if the order is over $100. In addition to that, a coupon code is always good.
When i ordered the contacts i was informed they were in stock and paid extra for the xpresstpost and they were not in stock and i had to wait another 3-4 days - i am not inpressed
