Absolutely just after your money and don't care if you pay for a managed service. Have allowed my tenant to move family members into my property during lockdown without any discussion, have allowed my tenant to erect barricades all around my property and have refused to carry out inspections despite being sent photographic evidence. I have had to go to the local authority for help with continual late night disturbance and now they can't get my tenant to pay her rent. Because I have lost all faith in anything they say they will do in their agreement with me, I have decided not to use their recommended legal service, which I have also been paying for, and taken legal action on my own account and at my own expense. Appalling customer service, they don't give a damn.
