My Granddaughter was enrolled In SCCA after the school year started, due to bullying and other problems in the Brick and Mortar school she was attending. She was many lessons behind, the teachers were wonderful about explaining the things she needed to do in order to get caught up. The teachers have all been great as to replying to email, giving one on one live lessons when needed. These are the things that make SCCA a wonderful experience. I would recommend SCCA to any parent that is looking for a good education for their child where you know the child will get the help they need.

I must say as a parent your child's future when it comes to education is very important. My daughter early years in elementary wasn't so great. From around 3rd grade she would always say she was distracted by the other peers in her class. The grades she received were average B/C and every now and again a D/F.
Once the pandemic hit and children were forced to learn at home in 2020 I saw a complete difference in my daughters grades, straight A's! This was shocking to me because although she was telling me she was distracted at school since 3rd grade I was afraid homeschooling would take away from the social skills you get from being around other peers her age. The school she attended during the first half of the pandemic suddenly had to close. I did some research and found TNCA and I love the flexibility along with the curriculum so it was a win for me.
The first couple weeks was a lot for myself as a learning coach to adjust to but with all the classes, zoom meetings and Learning Coach Central it's now a breeze. As for my daughter you guest it she's still a straight A scholar excelling. Although I was worried about the social skills there are many clubs to join. This also has allow time for her to take up outside extra curriculum activities such as acting classes. She loves it at TNCA and so do I. Therefore making this school a win in both of our book!

I have enrolled my son in ALCA since the 5th Grade and we absolutely enjoy our learning journey online with interactive learning videos, books, live lessons and especially help with a well organized learning schedule/planner and still continue on strong till present. My son is now finishing up his 7th Grade and doing very well, he has straight A's in every subject and an Honor Roll Student, every single semester.
As a busy business woman/ Mom and his learning coach, I am very happy to see my son studying very hard on his own pace and accomplishes his online classes on time using a very organized planner and build up a good strategy to finish all his classes and work on some a little bit ahead. We love Flexibility, Live Lessons and opportunity to learn with no distractions nor frustrations of not being able to understand the subjects. The teachers are always ready to help and keep up with their students via the phone, text messaging. And web mails. And if you do well it's nice to be granted with an extra score to help you stay on top! Thank you for all you do- ALCA!

Connections Career Academy has been a saving grace for my daughter! She struggled for so long with bullying, anxiety and panic attacks. This caused many issues with her grades. Not only has her short time at Connections Career Academy shown her true potential in academics, she also has had zero panic attacks and anxiety is a million times better! The teachers are quick to answer questions and incredibly helpful! Classes my daughter struggled with in a brick and mortar school, she no longer struggles with because the teachers not only thoroughly go through it during live lessons but they also give different videos of the same thing being taught a different way. We are so grateful for Connections Career Academy and are so blessed to be a part of it!

South Carolina Connections Academy is hands down the absolute best decision we made for our son Bentley and soon to join him his older sister Aubrey! We love everything about SCCA! Bentley has several medical issues, and due to weekly treatments, being homeschooled was his only option in order to properly care for all his medical needs. South Carolina Connections Academy has done a phenomenal job of helping to make Bentley's first year of Kindergarten amazing! We have seen a tremendous amount of growth in such a short amount of time. He loves school, his teachers, and so do we! Bentley can't wait for his sister Aubrey to join him next year and live their best life as proud students of SCCA!

Our experience with Connections Academy has been nothing less than a dream come true! From the very first phone call, to almost the end of our first year has been amazing. Everyone is kind, supportive, helpful, and there when you need them. The teachers go out of their way to make sure your child's needs are met and they are successful. Homeschooling keeps my child safe, and allows her the freedom to build connections and create friendships in the setting of our home. I would recommend this school to all parents!
