It was good I learned a lot that I didn't know and I'm 51 years old started hunting with my dad at age of 8 been around guns all my life instructor Yates was straight forward and explained every question the class threw at him only thing when shooting it's hard to focus on hearing the whistle blows especially all lanes shooting at once between the noise and earplugs but no one got shot everyone went home to their family's all and all it was a good day and Yates made it fun he was awesome thank you for everything give Yates a raise thanks

My instructor is a master at what he does. A wealth of knowledge and am fortunate to have had him. I loved the interaction of role play and real scenarios that one could go through daily. Not only saftey but also law and the importance of having foresight in every situation. I thought I was smart in choosing the revolver I did but my eyes are open now...I need a new handgun. Terry needs a bonus or raise cause he really made me feel I got more than what I had paid for.
Enjoyed the course and learned many things I did not know. Had a picture at the range that I did not get. Dave said he sent it but I never received it.

My only nit is that when a soft spoken person asks a question he should repeat the question so that the rest of the students can understand what the question was.
Excellent Experience with my instructor the people at the front desk. I came in a few days before my appointment with my instructor and they explained the rules and let me select my handgun rental. My instructor was patient in going over loading, holding, stance, and all things in the shooting process. It was a great experience and everything went well.
The instructors were very helpful and with a lot of knowledge, they answer all our questions and were there always willing to help as much if we did not understand something completely.

A lot of information but well worth it and well presented. I thought it was going to be a long three hour but I enjoyed it. Engaging presenter and he did awesome.
Instructors were down to earth and friendly. I was impressed that they bought us lunch and wanted to make sure everyone was ok with choice for lunch.
The material presented was easy to understand and any questions were answered by the instructor. When we got to the range, the instructor was very professional. He checked each student to make sure they were following range rules. At the end of the session he again checked each participant to make sure that they had properly cleared their weapon. He was very professional and friendly. The whole experience was very satisfying.
I am happy with the training I received. The only thing I would recommend is to slow down on the slides if you want us to write down key points. Also, get a new remote for the controls for the slide show.
