Absolutely awesome class! Both Marvin & Moray are great instructors, and will take the extra time to make sure everyone in the class is keeping up with the instruction, and not falling back from the rest of the class.

This class was super informative with tons of valuable info. The instructors really know their stuff, offering many personal experiences for the situations learned in the class. Every question we had was answered without hesitation as there are no stupid questions.

I have been working with Concealed Coalition Customer Service for two months to resolve being charged twice the price of what was advertised, and receiving items that I did not order. The first agent, Becky, was very friendly, kind and respectful; she helped me receive two of the credits and I was told that I needed to wait for the remaining three credits to come through.
After waiting two months without receiving the remainder of credit owed, I called again and spoke with another friendly customer service agent who answered the phone. In the middle of our conversation a different agent named Jennifer (a supervisor, no less) barged into our call and took over. She was instantly confrontational and said she would not credit me for their double tax mistake (because of the double price charged) or for the shipping, even after I explained that they sent me a holster that I never ordered. AND, I had to pay for shipping it back to them. She was so intent on winning a $4. Charge — based on a mistake that they made — that she then accused me of being rude because I said that what she was doing wasn't right legally or morally. Then she hung up on me.
As a business owner I have worked with corporations and their employee incentive departments for over 30 years. To be charitable, I will say that I have never in my 60 years encountered a customer service agent like I did today.
As an Army Veteran, an avid hunter and huge 2-A supporter who has carried for nearly 20 years, I will sadly be pursuing many other options when it comes time to renew my permit again.
Thankfully, I recorded the conversation to protect myself from the rogue and very unprofessional behavior displayed by Jennifer. I am sure that Concealed Coalition and their employees are all great people. Just hope you don't get double charged; if you do, pray you don't get Jennifer "the supervisor" if you want your money back — that THEY overcharged you for, and made you pay twice for shipping a holster that you never ordered.
