Jim and his associate were professional. Jim was funny in dry way and very good at explaining what we are to learn. His associate was very helpful to me on the range. He showed kindness and patience when I was making mistakes and that is perfect timing considering I was nervous. He was spot on in timing. Thank you to the both of them for a wonderful experience.
The instructors were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the course of training. While attending the course; especially the classroom session, I didn't feel bored. We covered everything that needed to be covered; no drifted off. Therefore, it was very easy for us, the attendees, when we had to take the test on both writing and the shooting range.
Money well spent, both instructors have vast of knowledge of expertise and experience to show you. From seniors to new gun owners at every level they make you feel part of the team!

Glad I did not have to jump through hoops, since I have already posesed a concealed permit before in another state.
