Excellent instructor and support! Brianna's teaching method kept students awake and engaged. She was very knowledgeable in the subject and offered life scenarios in her explanations. Dave as her support person played an integral part of this team. The admin and support side was smooth because of Dave. I would definitely recommend her, Dave and Concealed Coalition to others looking for the same or similar training.
Matt Sortino and Ryan Crum were awesome and taught us a lot throughout the day. It's pretty helpful that concealed coalition provides you everyone you need for your conceal permit so you essentially just have to show up at the state patrol office. Definitely would recommend

Our instructors were very experienced in firearms and personable. Lunch and a hat being provided was a very nice touch. One area for improvement in the class is to have the subjects queried on the test covered thoroughly. There were questions on the test that were not covered in the subject matter in the lecture. Also, not allowing a client to cancel a class well ahead of time due to scheduling conflicts is very poor form. I realize that I should have more carefully read the conditions on my phone when I registered while at the Scheel's store. However, not allowing an advanced cancellation and refund is very poor form and reflects badly on your whole organization including the instructors who have no control over such policies. The first call center staff I spoke to was not willing to help me with my need to change my class and was frankly a bit rude. I got a bit peeved by that and called again and was helped by a very nice young lady who got my issue resolved quickly and politely. Here is a suggestion; stop using a call center or get one with better training on the specifics of your business.

I really enjoyed taking the time do this class on my way to my CCW here in Los Angeles. Terry was informative, humorous and kept our attention during the legal stuff. I would highly recommend this course to anybody who is working to get their CCW. Thanks Terry!
Instructor Terry Scharfe was very thorough and knowledgeable and everything and subjects that he spoke and taught today.
On the range part was very informative and safety first with him, as a Range master.
It was nice to actually go to the live shooting and have trainers with experience and knowledge with the willing to help
