I ordered a chicken coop on April 26. They took the money from my account that day. As of July 12 I have still not received my coop or my money back. I have never been able to speak to a person only text or email. But I get emails with order suggestions from my past orders, like chiken coops and such.
Credit card was charged before item was shipped. I understood that there would be some delay in shipping, due to Covid 19, however package did not arrive for weeks. I received info. That Item would ship on a particular date and then received email that item was out of stock, offering me an alternate, I agreed to offer only to be informed that that item was out of stock. While on the phone with sales representative, questioning Comstrom sales practice, 32 of the items no longer available were found. Finally received purchase. Never again.

What a joke... I was supposed to have my order in 2 to 3 days. It took 7 weeks. Was lied to severel times. Employees are arrogant. I wanted a refund and all of a sudden my order was shipped 3 days earlier. Constant lies. The company is a joke

Took a while to ship my barbell but to be expected during these times, they didnt jack up crazy prices like elsewhere, a solid olympic bar up to 700 lbs for under 200 bicks is a fair price range

Good product great fun. Package arrived a bit damaged due to UPS handling but actual inflatable was intact. All around good fun just delivery was delayed 3 days again due to UPS.

My son was not able to go to the gym during COVID quarantine, so we were looking for dumbbells. Found them on comstrom for a good price. Ordered them. No indication of any kind whether the order was being filled or shipped at all. Two weeks later my son found the same on ebay, a little more expensive, ordered and got them delivered. Fast forward 3 months. The dang dumbbells arrive at our door! Even if they took them back, cost of shipping would be not worth it. I guess I can put them on offerup...

I ordered dumbbells from Comstrom, as their price was unbeatable by a long shot! The products function perfectly, just as expected. There are two reasons I gave a 3-star review though. First, the products arrived pretty dirty. Like there was literally dirt on the weighted plates and the bags inside the box. Not sure why. There were also scratches on the plastic caps that contain whatever fills the weighted plates. It made me think they were used. But who knows? Second, shipping took 10 weeks. I ordered the product in late April and was told it would take approximately 3 weeks to arrive because of delays caused by COVID-19, which is more than understandable. However, they didn't arrive until June. I just would have appreciated some updates along the way. I wasn't told about the shipping delay until I emailed them to ask.

Very happy with my order. I was impatient with the extended delay in shipping the product. I am sure the Supply Chain of the vendor was disrupted by COVID-19, seeing that the weight set came from China.

Good prices but unreliable shipping. I ordered in late April, and immediately received an email saying it wouldn't be shipped until mid-May because of covid delays. Okay, reasonable. But then May came and past. Contacted them and they said they were out of inventory until early June -- early June came and past. Eventually I sent an email to cancel my order, and (coincidentally?) they shipped my order the next day instead of cancelling, and I did eventually receive the package late June. I'm understanding about covid delays and inventory shortages, but there's no reason for them to be so incredibly opaque. Most other companies also don't charge your credit card if they're out until they ship.

I ordered a bounce house in the beginning of May I was told even though it said in stock that it was on back order Until May 25 then I got another email that said it was on back order until June 25. Even though I purchased it for my daughter's birthday in the beginning of June I decided to wait Since they are so hard to find right now. I emailed them on June 24 and they said my Item would be shipping by the end of the week. I called them on June 26 to see how long it would take to get to me and they told me that they had to take the items out of the warehouse (which they originally told me they didn't have because they were on back order) and that all the items were damaged so I was going to have to wait until July 10! The next email I got they canceled my order all together, I hope I at least get a refund because it is very clear that this company has no idea what they're doing! I will be contacting my lawyer because to be honest with you I deserve the product AND my money back for what they have put me through and all the miscommunication it's false advertisement! Especially because they say that it's in stock and then all of a sudden it's not! I could have paid alittle more money from another company that had it on backorder and I would have received it all ready! They have ruined 4 different occasions for me that I SHOULD have had my product for!

This company sucks. They took $200 in a March, it's June and no shipment. All I get is a bunch of excuses. They don't send updates on my order, I have to constantly ask. I seriously think these people are a scam. Don't do business with these people! Buyer beware!

I ordered an item back in March. Every time I checked, they said it would be sent the next month and the next. I asked for a refund and they said they were sending it in a few days. A few days after the day they said they would send it, it still hadn't been sent. I contacted them again and they said they would process my refund. Two weeks later and two unanswered email later, no refund and no reply. Do not order from them unless you want to pay for something you will never get. I wish I could give less than one star.

The description of the product was totally wrong,, and then they say i need to pay 30% restocking fee and shipping to return it.

Answer: I doubt it. I bought something and have been waiting 6 months. I saw they were advertising what I bought and what I said I would take in replace of and they said were out of that too. I said- why are you advertising to buy it then?!
