. Ever since I joined the vets - I have been subjected to rude reception staff. Every time I come I have had to wait 20+ minutes to see anyone despite having an appointment. I brought my dog in today to see the vet following emergency care last night and I was kept waiting over 20 minutes - despite saying I was in hurry. I was told that my dog needed exploratory work doing and that I would be called this evening with a quote and book in for the next available appointment. I was called by the practice manager who I expressed my lack of satisfaction with the service I had received. She then refused to book my pet in for the exploratory work he needs. She has left him in pain and has indicated that I need to go elsewhere!
