I purchased 3 separate download packages and received...

I purchased 3 separate download packages and received the first two downloads but have not received the third set of items for download. All 3 purchases have been withdrawn from my bank.
I used their contact form about 3 times.
Then I also emailed them twice.
No one has contacted me or replied and it has been over 10 days.
I don't know what has happened but so far I lost money for my third purchase.
