Saw som items that were a lot cheaper and some were not available in my country on ebay. I used their buyforme service to score on a couple of shoes a watch and a headphone.
After i was notified that all of my items arrived in my US address. Used the onebox option saved a ton in shipping cost.
After 4 days my package arrived and my worries that my shoes will be wrecked because i discarded the boxes were gone. The packaging was safe and sturdy.
Will definitely use the service again for future buys.
I tried to purchase shoes online because it has a discount and way cheaper than buying in local stores here, but they don't process payment if your credit card is not from the US. I was quite excited about it since our tournament is already near. Then I found out about the "buy for me" service. Thanks to comGateway, I was able to buy my shoes! :)
Starting in early 2018 i have had a very smooth business relationship with ComGate. This would involve around twenty shipments from West Coast USA to SydneyAustralia.
Any problem... contact ComGate... solved either then and there, on line, or next day MAX. By email. There has been a few hiccups,,,, sorted within 24 hours.
Not the cheapest... but you do get what you pay for...
ComGateway/HopShopGo have been acquired. The process has been slow, messy, and completely lacking in transparency. Support has evaporated, packages have gone missing, and delays are constant. I no longer recommend ComGateway. They need to apologise and explain.

I have used quite a few shipping forwarding companies. ComGateway stands out as having the best personal customer service team. No company is perfect, but I have been very satisfied with their support, especially for special requests where they have always done their best to be accomodating. Items are always well packaged which is a peace of mind I really appreciated. Thanks cG.
I have been using Comgateway's services for many years now to ship my US purchases to Malaysia. I have always been impressed by their level of customer service which had always been consistently excellent. Just when I thought service couldn't get any better, I was truly blown away by their recent generous gesture of extending the free storage period on my parcels as I am not able to ship my packages back to Malaysia due to Covid-19 restrictions in my home country.
I am very grateful and impressed by CG's sensitivity to the needs of your customers in these unprecedented times and for always placing their concerns first ahead of business profits.

When I found out that the item that I like was on a big sale, I used Comgateway to purchase it from the US, which I'm hesitant to do with a global pandemic (COVID-19) happening around.
With a series of lockdowns around the world, I expected that my package's time of delivery will be affected big time, but it only took a day of delay which is reasonable. The company is very much helpful for keeping me on track, sending me emails and updates which made me comfortable that my package will come.
Overall, my experience using their service is exceptionally good! Thanks Comgateway for a worry-free transaction!
Little did I know that I could actually save a lot of $$$ when shopping US stores online. Here in the Philippines, buying US brand in retail stores are expensive. A friend suggests using comGateway if I want to get US items in a cheaper price and have it shipped to my doorstep. I tried and was surprised of the cheap deals I found on Amazon. I immediately registered to comGateway and got my free US address.
Another thing I loved about comGateway is they gave $15 off on my first shipment (this on top of their low shipping rates in the Philippines, WOW!) and received my package 3 days earlier than their standard delivery date which is 5-8 business days. Oh and did I mention that their US address is 100% tax free?
All in all, my experience was great and will definitely recommend comGateway to my friends and families.
It's my dad's birthday this April and he works in the Middle East. I am from Asia. I used comGateway to send my birthday gifts to him and it was very easy.
From time to time, I also used to buy stuff for myself from the US. I do it because it is either more expensive here or it is limited to the US only. Comgateway's Customer Service is superb and I always get a satisfactory response.
I was slap with a tax on my overall purchase.
It should not be at that because you guys include the shipping price in the total amount. I have use other courrier such as fedex and DHL they do not include the shipping amount in the total price of item purchased..

This means duties and customs will be payable should you exceed your country's DE MINIMIS limits (i. E. value of goods and/or shipment for which no duty or tax is collected). I saw an advertisement of comgateway in Facebook and got interested on it. Clicking on links, I was redirected to their blog on special offers then to a site I wanted to buy a smartwatch in - SKAGEN.COM - I was hesitant but signed up anyway because it was free: D
Too bad that I am not able to checkout in skagen for some reasons so I asked help from the seller and comgateway. The latter said that skagen might not be accepting cards not issued in the US which was causing the error and told me about their service that they will buy the item for me and just. I agreed since the service fee was low and skagen had like a 60% off that time. I just included to put the promotional code when ordering and they were able to buy the watch a a huge discount!
When it arrived in my US address, I was notified via email and was given instructions to ship it. Requested to ship in my local address and they also gave shipping discount for first time user even their actual shipping fees is really cheap - I'm loving this!
After only like few days, I was told by my local DHL (yes, they use DHL!) that a shipment for me arrived but needed a clearance from NTC as it is a smart watch - paid a couple of more money and waited 2 more days (which was negligible for me considering all the discounts I got).
Then it finally arrived in my doorstep in which DHL also called few hours prior the delivery and got my smartwatch in a very good condition.
Overall, I was very happy in using comgateway for the first time where they turn my hesitation into trust and confidence! It's really great to finally acquire the watch I wanted to and only spending about 60% overall of the retail price here in the Philippines!

I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I have seen comGateway go through tough times and come out a success story. They continually find solutions and if you have patience they are the best.
A case in point, this time USPS gave my stuff to P PARK and a lot of people have suffered through this type of experience. I reported this to customer service and they took care of everything. I am so impressed with everyone at comGateway.

For an item I purchased that weighs 11kg and paid less than $270 US, I paid OVER $170US in freight, even though they originally estimated the cost at $80 only. The add-on costs are a JOKE and should have also been included in the cost estimate.
If there is another option, i will take it in future and never use this company again.

I have been using ComGateway for about 18 months now, purely for business shipments. We purchase a number of parcels form all over the US, have then shipped to their warehouse, and on to us. We are a GST exempt business, and when the rules changed on July 1st 2018, ComGateway allowed us to have the parcels shipped to us in Australia, GST exempt. For those how don't know how GST exempt works, basically we don't pay GST on any imports, because we are not the end user, we resell these items in Australia, and then charge GST to customer/end user, and pass this on to the ATO. In the past, I had to argue with ComGateway to honour the GST exempt, which they finally did. They advised me that our account will be noted that we are GST exempt, and all future shipments will not incur the GST. All I need to do, was contact customer service and advise them before each shipment. So, over the course of the last few weeks, I had made all my orders with suppliers, and had these shipped to their warehouse, and I notified ComGateway that I have a shipment ready, and to please proceed without the GST, as per their promise. After a number of emails back and fourth, ComGateway have decided that they will no longer honour this, and I must pay all GST on the shipment, or any future shipments. No one informed me of this, no email, call etc of their changes. The GST amount is about $3500 USD - not a small amount. I also need to pay this on a credit card with crappy bank exchange rates. ComGateway are now advising that i will need to apply for a GST refund/reimbursement. Do I trust a company I don't know with $3500 USD of my money? Will the ATO refund this? To add to this, ComGateway are charging me $100 USD insurance on this shipment, when we already have insurance. I am very frustrated with the service from Comgateway and I certainly will not be using them in the future.
Terrible company. With very low ethics and customer service. If the dollar exchange drops, they drop you and dont want to know you, Would not reccommend at all
I have used comGateway for 5 year since July 2013. Made over dozens of shipments. My experience is that their pricing are fair, their services are great and efficient. Sometimes, I got their replies during weekend and off office-hour. Usually, I request for consolidation. Their way of packing is to ensure items are compactly packed to save shipping cost. I did use their BuyForMe services, I did not encounter any issues raised by other users. It is a Great company and team to work with.
