Do not purchase anything from this company! They will not answer your email for days or weeks.
I was thinking this was a legit company in the US (was a timing thing for Christmas) and ordered a pair of boots as a gift on 11/23/24. I have sent 7-8 emails following up so I could return the boots. They do not respond and when they do, I get the same email as the first email.

Do NOT buy from this company. The photos on their site do not represent the product. I purchased the Bradford boots and it literally looks as if a five year old made these boots. The material is of the lowest quality all the way around from the insert to the lining to the soles. They are so poorly made it is almost unbelievable. A complete waste of money. I would have rather dropped my money on the street than give it to this company. Also if took over a month for the boots to arrive.

Placed an order, got confirmation, they deducted my $, got an email that the order was shipped. Was never able to track the package. Emailed them several times and never got a reply or any help. They have no customer service. I tried to track the package again today and the order is completely gone. Not only is there no tracking, my order is completely gone. Doesn't come up at all. DO NOT order from this company. They are a complete scam. I wish I had read just one of the horrible reviews this company has received before I placed the order. Live and learn. Never again!

Do not order from this garbage company. Go flush $50 down the commode instead. Product is total $#*!, not as advertised. Should be shut down

I ordered a pair of sandals and I never received them. I sent more than four emails, but no response. Called but the phone is not working. Unfortunately, the fraud department of my bank won't do anything for me. Comfy Platform Shoes makes their website look so legit but does not. It's a fraud.

I would give them zero stars if I could! This is not a legit website. I ordered the cute grinch slippers and never got them. When I disputed the charge, they provided my CC company with a receipt. The phone number on the receipt is not in service and the website listed on the charge is a-n associates.com which is merely a spash page with nothing behind the navigation bar tabs.

Well, another customer irritated with this company as they shipped us slippers in December and it took a month to get as it is coming from China and no size on shoes and then they were not sized correctly as they did not fit my daughter. I spent $39.99 and I could not get a reply from the company and when they did reply they said they would fix the issue and they would not take the return at their expense as it had to ship back to China and this is too expensive as I work in logistics so I asked for refund or replacement but no resolution yet as this is end of Feb 2024 and they said they would give me 50% off but now I don't want anyting from them as the slippers should have been shipped back at their expense due to wrong sizing and poor poor customer service. We gave the slippers to a friend that could wear them but quality is not up to par so buy locally and do not buy from this China company as you may have an issue and they will not pay for return if there is an issue and they keep your money. Dont buy from them! Next time I need to check out company first before I buy as this day and age China is moving in to sell us everything and quality is not there on most products. Crap! Go elsewhere and save some heartache.

I paid in full for a pair of boots. Fell in love with the website looked so classy. Never received the boots. Nada. Couldn't get my money back ($38 on sale) because it was a debit card, which means it's a contractual dispute meaning I have to bring it to conciliation court. If you just have to have it then use a credit card or PayPal. Now you have some power behind you. Good luck better not to buy anything with these guys.

I bought a pair of boots that is clearly nowhere near the quality of the boots in the pictures. They cheap, thin, and very lightweight. I've tried for months to get a refund and no one has responded. I would definitely not recommend buying from them.

Orders take forever to receive, not the estimated time they publish. Quality is very poor and half of my order was never received. I asked for a refund and have never received a reply or my refund. Their reply email is a standard letter and never addresses your concern or request.

I ordered 2 pair of boots a black pair and brown pair. They were supposed to be leather boots that have that worn look. When I received my two pair of boots I ordered they were horrible! First I was looking for that new leather smell but instead I got a horrible plastic smell. The boots looked fake,the bottom looked like a fake bottom. They were nothing like I ordered. I tried to call but the number did NOT exist. I tried emailing no reply. I wish I had done my research before I ordered. I wouldn't even give those boots to a homeless person... I'd buy them a pair myself first. THIS IS A FAKE SITE SO NOT ORDER FROM COMFY PLATFORM SHOES!

Took over a month for my item to arrive, no tracking number ever provided, and delivered with postage due because this site uses COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE.

I made a shoe purchase on Dec 27th. It is now Jan 18th and I still don't have the shoes. When I check the tracking information, it says a shipment label has been created, but that the shipper is awaiting arrival to their warehouse. When I try to contact Comfyplatformshoes, I get an automated, mass email that says to check the tracking number. I get no personal email communication. I doubt I will ever get these for my daughter.

Order shoe got wrong size requested return and never got a response tried 3 times still nothing. Don't do business with them if you don't want to lose your money.

Do NOT order from this website! It is definitely a scam. The product is VERY poor quality and it is impossible to get any reply from them for return instructions. They offered no tracking and no receipt or return label. Two pairs of boots (paper thin) w basically a string for a shoelace not even laced but just thrown in the bottom of the bag were packaged together in a thin ripped plastic bag. I will be contacting my credit card to report them and also reporting them to the BBB. Save yourself the frustration and money. This site is crap.

Terrible company. A scam. Ordered a pair of slippers. The product does not look like the picture at all. Never got a confirmation of shipment either. When I went to see it came from china. Terrible place. Do not order. Their a scam.

Order stuck at JFK in NY for over a week and no response from this Chinese Scam. Tel number and address is false.

Worst money I've ever spent. Only got an automated response to my questions. Order went thru, no confirmation, no follow up, no tracking, took a month.
With the quality advertised, I was expecting a more robust boot, these are paper thin.
The sole is cheap plastic- I've seriously found better at at discount store under $15 CAD.
Came packaged in an envelope, not even a protective box.
Do not buy these, you will be sorely disappointed.
