I ordered an xl and they sent me a small. They don't know when or if it will be in stock and they didn't compensate me in any way for their mistake (but they gave me free return shipping- woo hoo). Disappointing, as this was a gift for my husband for his birthday.
College Football store also uses the name FANATICS to sell college logowear that they cannot produce. You will place your order that never arrives and then when you call and speak to customer service they will tell you they ran out of the items but NEVER bothered to contact you to let you know. They are pretty fast on charging you. They throw out dates to you on when it will ship and arrive but IT WILL NOT ARRIVE!
Very rude customer server. I'm still not sure if i will get my shirt after talking to 3 different CS representative.
Expect to only get back half of your money if you need to return your item. I wear a large in adidas sweatshirts, and this thing was like a triple X.
Customer service had an answer for everything on why I was not getting my full refund back. I was even going to replace it with something else.
Whatever, I won't do business with them again. I'll shop from Amazon.
I like them I order a Crimson Tide Mens Sweatshirt as a gift & I order it 10/05/2019 with fast free shipping they ship it 10/07/2019 it arrive 10/10/2019. & I really love that & I will order from them again. & I don't have anything bad to say about this company they treat me fairly & very honestly. I just placed an order, and unfortunately did not think to research the site first. I got a confirmation email, and when I clicked on the order number to review, I got a warning that someone may be trying to hack me, and now it just gives me a blank screen. When I went back to the site to check from there, it said my just created password was invalid, so I clicked on the forgot password link, and it said if my account was valid I would get an email to change my password. Well, no email was sent, so I guess I have a trip to my bank tomorrow to dispute this charge. From now on I will research a site before placing an order.
As mentioned on other reviews, they do not manage their inventory. I waited 20 days after my order. When I checked on my order, I was told the shipping was canceled while in transit and was on its way back to the warehouse. I was never informed that there was an issue or that my order was shipped back. I "spoke" via chat to a representative. All they said they are sorry and will give me a refund. They cannot reship the package and if I wanted a new one they said I can order it again through their site. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them or Fanatics. The poorest customer service I have experience in a long time. BUYER BEWARE.
Be warned! Do not order from this company. They outsource their handling of the orders and it is horribly disorganized. I ordered a T-shirt, waited two weeks for it to be delivered, noticed it had never been shipped, and when I finally called the "helpdesk" I found the order had been canceled but no email telling me that was the case had been sent.
Would have never ordered if I had known it was going to take so long to arrive. Didn't know where shipment was coming from until I received email stating they had already received my payment. There was a phone number included that wasn't from USA, so I looked it and it was from china. Placed an order for a jersey for my daughter back in November in hopes it would arrive by Christmas. Well today is the day after Christmas and have yet to receive the jersey. Will never order from this site again!
This is not a legitimate website even though it appears it is. Merchandise comes from China. Not even sure it's authentic. They have no phone number to contact them and if you send an email they don't respond. If you want to return, plan to send back to China. Good luck with that. I'm warning you, they come off as legitimate but they're not!
I ordered an ornament for Christmas for my daughter from College Football Store. But the problem is that Fanatics is in charge of that company and they "refunded" my order as with all the orders I try to place. This company has screwed up my accounts and I am unable to order from anywhere. Since they have a monopoly on all the sports online stores. How am I supposed to get gifts for my family. I have spoken to them on the phone over and over and over and nobody helps me!
