I have tried to claim the $10 back on my order they promised me when I sent my order in. It has been over a month and I still have not heard back even though I've contacted Customer Service repeatedly.

The.merchandise I purchased was just what I have wanted for Christmas decorations for the 'coffee' table I the living room. Candles wreathed by pine and their cones give the room a warm 'glow' during the evening.
