Overall experience, excellent, from ordering, tracking the shipment and delivery. The quality of the embroidery on the square table toppers was outstanding. I have never been dissatisfied with anything from Collections, etc

I have alwqys been satisfied with every thing I purchase from Collections Etc.

I had ordered before and my experience was ok.

I am using a catalog that was recently delivered and already one of the items was sold out. I don't recall which product I was trying to order.
Everything arrived in pretty good shape. Only one item (a book) had a slight dent in the front cover and subsequent pages, but not enough to worry about.

I am very pleased with these throws. I purchased them to give as Christmas gifts. I was especially excited to find the throw for my daughter-in-law, because I don't find many items for daughter-in-laws.

I have been shopping with Collections ETC for a number of years. When I first started everything was $9.99! I enjoy browsing through the Catalogs. You have some of the cutest things to use for every Holiday. I love the unusual items you carry. I'm not able to get out very often because of health issues and I shop online a lot. Just keep the sales and catalogs coming! Your service is great and prices are too!

My wife loves snowmen! I think that when one orders a King size bedding that the pillow covers should be for the King size bed!

Love seat fitting is to small for my loveseat. Couch is fine and haven't used chair yet.

This was fast and easy! My only complaint is, it's too heavy for older people. My 68 year old disabled mother bought this...I thought it may be too heavy for her, and it is. If I may, I suggest you make it clear for people to know the weight of products. She was disappointed because she didn't realize it was that heavy. I will be helping her when she wants to use the step ladder
