Your shipping takes a long time to receive the products.

I bought the daughter throw for my daughter to give to her for her birthday/bridal shower and it brought tears to her eyes and made everyone else there cry. I loved it the minute I laid my eyes on it. I allso purchased a friend pillow for her birthday and she was so overcome by the sentiment that was displayed on the pillow. I think I will be doing 90% of my Christmas shopping here.

Always displeased with shipping charges since other vendors, similar to you, mostly offer free shipping with no shipping charge.
I do use Collections Etc. when products are nog available elsewhere. Most often I am pleased with the use of your products.

Easy to find what I wanted, a long runner. Completely satisfied with my purchase and the price I paid.

Had to wait for back order twice, the quality of rug was good, quality of diabetic socks were just plain and thin and the leggings with the tunic top were NOT leggings, just plain baggy cotton pants

Shopping was easy and great selection.

The one thing that I really wanted came and did not work. When I called about it I was told they would send me a refund. No help with it was not offered a replacement just we will send you a credit for some thing else

I liked what I saw.

I always wear size XL but this jacket was the size of a XXXL. I have to taylor it to fit. Don't have time to return it.

The photos and color and sizes in your ad were perfect for my selection. We are using the little green Amish cart filled with small pumpkins for our autumn display at the entrance to our neighborhood. The cart With the driver seat is actually 21 inches long and has nice size metal wheels that actually roll and can be pulled with the 2 foot long handle. Really pleased with the 'collections' item.
