It was fine. No problems. Items came sooner than anticipated and in good condition. Products were as advertised.

The products are great - it's the checkout that really irks me. You get more than 1 savings code - BUT are only allowed to use 1 code. Then - there is the 10 digit savings code - where do you get that from?

I was pleased with the items I received. Everything arrived in a reasonable time frame. I will look forward to shopping online again.

One of the items did not work. Customer service was really nice and said a new one would be shipped to me.

I am very happy with he products and the good service and delivery.

1st. Ordered 7 valances. On stock

2nd. Received only 1. Contacted Customer Service.

3rd. Contacted Customer Service. Received another 1 only. 4 were on stock.

4th. Was refunded instead of sending rest of order.

5th. Ordered 4 on stock.

6th. Received 4 but 1 was all molded inside package. Contacted Customer Service. Refunded for that 1. Threw molded valance away.

The eye dropper was not what I expected it to be.

We purchased these to cover our new stainless steel dishwasher. All of our other appliances are white. These covers brighten up the kitchen.

I was offered 10 percent off if I put in my email. I did that and the page said it was good until Oct 3. I put in my order and it was not so, called the rep and for hours could not get through. Finally got through and she said it was only for brand new customers. Not very happy...they made the offer then didn't stand by it.

In addition to being completely happy upon receipt of the beautiful items I ordered, I am delighted and thrilled at the excellent condition they arrived in and the very prompt delivery of my order (although no kind of express service was requested).

Curtains were nice, a bit pricey compared to other stores. Only bought these cause they had the color and size i needed.
Also was never sure they received my order since i didn't get any kind of confirmation.
