You changed my charge amount without notifying me! My receipt that I received and my charge was.95 cents different! I called and was told that my tax was wrong! An e-mail alerting me of the difference would have been greatly appreciated! Instead, I wasted valuable time and frustration looking for the error on my charge card statement!

Ordered a Christmas bed spread. When the order arrived, the paperwork said it was in the box, but it wasn't. Called Collections and they sent me one right away! Great customer service.
