Surprise extra fee added :(. Item was a gift and the boxes were not in any condition to give in the box. Item was delicate and would need specific storage. I contacted the company and they would not reimburse shipping or processing feee. The outer box was in perfect condition so they shipped it in the damaged box knowing it was damaged!

Replaced broken item, with no charge or effort on my part.

Beautiful selections

Several items that I had ordered were missing...the package was in perfect shape, there was no packing slip included...received it from another customer as she forwarded it to me, it was included with her order. Called to have missing items resent, was told the one was now out of stock, still waiting for the other two items. This is the third time there has been a problem with an order.
